Does DefneonReklam only make neon signs?
No. Based in Kadıköy, DefneonReklam is a full-capacity advertising producer covering neon LED signs, box letter signage, lightbox production, digital printing, foil printing (storefront/vehicle wrap), infinity mirrors, tarpaulin printing, indoor/outdoor printing and plastering, café-restaurant interior decoration, and installation services. How many days does delivery take for your neon signs?
Production time for standard products is 2-4 business days. Custom design or custom-size products may take 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 1-4 business days depending on your region.
Are neon LED signs safe — can they be used in a child's room?
Yes. All our products use safe LED neon strip running on 12 volts, which is far safer than standard mains current. They can safely be used in nurseries and children's rooms.
How long is the warranty period?
All our neon signs come with a 1-year warranty.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Yes, all prices shown on our site include VAT, with no additional charges.
Can I have my own design, logo or name printed?
Yes. Through our Custom Neon Sign product you can send us your own text, logo or custom design, and we'll produce it in small (30x45cm), medium (40x80cm) or large (75x100cm) sizes.
Can I return or exchange a product?
You can return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For custom-made products, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once production has begun.
How is a neon sign mounted?
All our products come with a wall-mounting bracket and adapter. You can hang it on the wall and plug it in — no extra wiring required.
How much is shipping and where do you deliver?
We ship throughout Turkey. Shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your cart total and delivery address.
