Shipping policy

Orders are handed to the courier within an average of 7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom-made / made-to-measure wall decor items (e.g. infinity mirrors) have a production time of 2-5 business days, which may be noted separately on the product page.

Delivery time is generally 1-4 business days domestically, and varies internationally depending on the courier and destination.

Once your order ships, the tracking number is sent to you by email/SMS.

Fragile or glass items are shipped with special packaging. If a delivery arrives damaged, please keep the package unopened, document the damage, and contact us.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your cart total and delivery address.

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Istanbul, Turkey.
