Refund policy

You may return our products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging (your right of withdrawal under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation is reserved).

For made-to-measure or personalized products (custom design, name customization, etc.), the right of withdrawal may not apply once production has started; this will be noted on the product page.

To request a return, simply contact us along with your invoice.

For items damaged in shipping or defective on arrival, if reported within 14 days of delivery, the product will be replaced or refunded free of charge.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective/faulty items; for customer-initiated returns, the buyer covers the cost.
